🛡️ The Zimm-Zamm® Limited Lifetime Warranty

At ZIMM-ZAMM®, we build gear like a tank. We believe you should only have to buy your backyard games once. That’s why we stand firmly behind our craftsmanship with a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the core structural components of your game set.

What is Covered (The Lifetime Guarantee)

We warrant the heavy-duty metal pole, base connectors, and primary structural hardware against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. If a steel component bends, snaps, or breaks due to a manufacturing defect during normal gameplay, we will replace it free of charge.

What is Not Covered (The "Limited" Part)

Because Zimm-Zamm® is built for high-energy training and intense play, certain components will naturally experience wear and tear over time. This warranty does not cover:

• The tether ball and nylon rope assemblies (Replacement ball kits are available on our shop).
• Cosmetic weathering, surface scratches, or minor rust resulting from being left outside permanently in severe weather elements.
• Damage caused by misuse, modifications, or using the set for anything other than its intended gameplay.

How to Make a Claim

If a structural piece fails, simply reach out to our team at SUPPORT@ZIMMZAMMSPORTS.COM with your original order number and a photo of the issue. We Build For You, and We Guarantee For All!
